Shane’s BBQ Patty Melt

Ingredients:


• ½ lb 93/7 Ground Beef – 360 cal, 44g protein
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• 1 serving Mighty Bite Protein Mix – 80 cal, 12g protein
• 4 tbsp G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce – 20 cal
• 4 slices Healthy Life Keto Bread – 140 cal, 20g protein
• 2 slices 1/3 fat Colby Jack Cheese – 120 cal, 10g protein

Instructions:
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and season with salt and pepper.
2. Drain fat if needed.
3. Add Mighty Bite protein and BBQ sauce; stir well and reduce to low heat.
4. Divide the beef mixture between 2 slices of bread.
5. Top with cheese and the remaining bread slices.
6. Grill the sandwiches in a skillet until golden on both sides and the cheese is melted.
7. Slice and enjoy with your favorite side!

Karen's BBQ Chicken

per chicken breast

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 lb of chicken breast -~750 cal, 140g protein

  • 1/2 cup sour cream -230 cal, 2 g protein

  • 1/4 cup avacado oil - 480 cal 

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 serving Mighty Bite Protein Mix – 80 cal, 12g protein

Instructions:
1.In a bowl, mix sour cream, avocado oil, salt, and Mighty Bite protein sauce until smooth.

2.Coat raw chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.

3.Place the chicken in an air fryer basket in a single layer.

4.Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes, or until fully cooked.

5.Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

6.Enjoy as is, or dip in a side of extra Mighty Bite sauce for more protein and flavor!
