Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best customer experience. If there is ever anything we can do to improve on it please let us know. 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns once products have left our facility. Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure quality. However, if you receive a product with a legitimate issue that was not caught during our checks, please provide clear proof and details. Our customer service team will review the case and guide you through the next steps.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. If you realize you an error with the address before we ship you can reach out to our support and they will try their best to change the address before departure. 

Return Process

If you receive a defective product, one damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your return, provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and relevant photos as proof.

Refunds

Approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
